Our flagship cafe is situated in the same space as our Probat 12kg roaster where we roast and pack all of our coffees. Visit us to learn a little bit more about the whole process or just to enjoy a lovingly prepared coffee in a beautiful setting. Don’t forget you can wander around the gallery at Custom Lane or get your coffee to take away and enjoy a wander along the scenic water of Leith.

The Roastery at Custom Lane
Our roastery and flagship cafe are both situated at Custom Lane, a contemporary co-working space and design hub at the in Leith. We’re open there seven days a week, so you can enjoy a coffee in-store or grab a bag of our freshly-roasted seasonal beans to brew at home.
Waverley Store, Prince’s St
In summer 2018 we opened the doors to our second cafe, this time right in the centre of the city. Our beautiful, contemporary space above Waverley Mall is steps away from the train station and offers a simple food menu created with the best local produce—as well as coffee prepared perfectly by our brilliant baristas.
